Welcome to Truck 7 Training: Where Relationships Fuel Transformation
At Truck 7 Training, fostering meaningful connections with our clients and organizations remains at the core of our mission. We understand the importance of transparent communication to ensure our leaders, company, and evolving vision resonate with our prospective clients.
As a leader at Truck 7 Training, I bring a wealth of professional experience complemented by a solid educational background in Public Policy Law, Organizational and Human Performance Improvement, and Project Management, complemented by certifications and education as a Fire Service Instructor and Fire Service career beginning in 1999, retiring as a Division Chief of Training. My commitment to evidence-based training strategies has led to the development of enduring action plans, driving improved performance and bolstered by robust organizational systems poised for continued growth.
Beyond the professional realm, I am a devoted family man, cherishing moments with my wife and son. My journey in the fire service began in the Inland Empire of San Bernardino County, California, working on Truck Companies and traversing the nation to glean insights from industry experts. I'm unwavering in my dedication to sharing the knowledge I've amassed and perpetually learning from others, a practice that fuels both personal growth and the advancement of Truck 7 Training.
Our mission at Truck 7 Training transcends training; it embodies a growth mindset that we instill in our fire service members. We lead by example, laying the foundation for current and future generations to possess essential skills and the resilience to fulfill their duty. Our unwavering commitment is to empower our members to become their best selves, equipping them with the indispensable tools needed for success.
